Refund & Return Policy

At Razdaar, we ensure that every product is delivered with proper quality checks and secure packaging. Since our products fall under the category of herbal consumables, we maintain specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns ONLY under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or broken during delivery.

  • The product received is incorrect (not the one you ordered).

  • The parcel must be returned immediately upon delivery without opening or using the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product has been opened or used.

  • If the protective seal is broken.

  • If the customer has changed their mind after receiving the product.

  • Herbal consumables (like Majoon, supplements) cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene & safety reasons.


3. Replacement Policy

If your product is damaged or incorrect:

  • You must share an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.

  • Once verified, we will send a free replacement.

  • No additional delivery charges.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before parcel dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refusing a COD parcel without reason may result in the customer being blocked from future orders.


5. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds for herbal consumable items.

  • Only replacement is provided if the product is damaged or incorrect.
